Sit More Better

| October 17, 2011

One of the ironies of meditation is that something as simple as sitting can be so challenging. Faced with discomfort or pain, we do the best we can, perhaps invoking mind over matter. In this free five week series, based on the Feldenkrais Method of movement education, we will bring our attention to the experiences and sensations of sitting well.
